xd999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xd999 ("xd999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xd999 website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and paying customers.

xd999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.

To access the full features of the xd999 Platform, you must register for a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) xd999 account at any time. The existence of more than one account per individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances. When registering, you must provide:

• A valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control, which will be used for account verification and transaction authentication.
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• A secure, unique password for your xd999 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. xd999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication.

xd999 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. xd999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xd999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which xd999 bears no responsibility.

• Funds deposited into your xd999 account must be used for gaming purposes. xd999 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where the deposited funds have not been used for gaming activity and reserves the right to charge an administration fee in such circumstances.

All transactions are monitored for fraud, money laundering, and other suspicious activities. xd999 is required to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation. xd999 reserves the right to freeze accounts and suspend access to funds pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
